Your Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the vital connection between our customers and our operations. Your day-to-day will involve processing orders, addressing inquiries, and providing top-notch service—all while contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume customer orders and change notices accurately and efficiently
- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and copying
- Understand and effectively execute customer service policies and procedures
- Take initiative to research and provide solutions when requested information is unavailable
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to track orders and handle special product requests
- Answer and direct customer phone calls and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Requirements
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in an office-based customer service role
- Experience in the glass, construction, or banking industry preferred (but not required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
- Knowledge of glass fabrication processes is a bonus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills
- Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation
