What You’ll Do: As our HR Generalist, you’ll lead all aspects of human resources for our Wilsonville facility, acting as the go-to resource for managers and employees. You’ll develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that focus on fostering engagement and reducing turnover.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to align HR systems and strategies with overall business goals
- Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate records
- Provide expert guidance on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Conduct investigations and handle employee complaints with professionalism
- Deliver HR training programs on policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Use HR analytics to provide insights and drive decisions for site leadership
- Partner with teams to foster a positive work culture and boost employee engagement
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven expertise in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- High integrity and discretion with sensitive information
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Paylocity a plus) and MS Office Suite
- HR certification (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HR analytics and using data to inform decisions
