Position Summary:
The Amazon A Content Manager is responsible for driving the creation, optimization, and management of premium A content across Amazon product listings. This role will work across multiple of our brands but concentrated on Hartville Hardware and Lehman’s. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, best practices for content creation, and the ability to enhance product storytelling through compelling visual and written content. The A Content Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and product managers, to ensure brand consistency and the delivery of high-quality content that maximizes product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead the development and execution of Amazon A content for assigned products to enhance brand present and improve customer experience.
- Produce high-quality visual assets, including images, videos and infographics that align with brand standards
- Partner with the product, marketing, and copywriting teams to ensure content is aligned with key product features, benefits and value propositions.
- Analyze content performance and customer engagement metrics to optimize A content and improve overall conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon's A Content policies, trends and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize effectiveness.
- Monitor and resolve any content issues, including image or text discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Continuously test and iterate on A content strategies to drive engagement and improve product rankings.
- Other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Accountability is mainly to VP of Ecommerce & Marketplace Merchandise Manager.

Strong understanding of Amazon’s content guidelines and best practices for product listings.

As an intricate part of the ecommerce team, this position will be responsible for working with the Marketing, Customer Service, and the Marketplace Product Team, to ensure the highest level of efficiency, which would require this person to be on-site collaborating 80% of the time.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience: 2 years’ proven experience in Amazon A Content management.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:

- Ability to write correspondence and descriptive content.
- Ability to effectively present information to customers, vendors and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and percentages.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is predominately located in office, retail, and warehouse environments. Appropriate safety equipment is available upon request.
