Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet guests warmly, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests in locating products, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations.
- Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Point-of-Sale Transactions:
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register or point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment securely.
- Ensure correct change and receipts are provided to guest.
Product Knowledge:
