POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketplace Merchandising Merchant is responsible for optimizing the customer experience and performance of product pages across third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, Etsy, and others for HRM Enterprises brands Hartville Hardware and Lehman’s. This role focuses on the enhancement of product content, pricing accuracy, visual presentation, and conversion-driven strategies that ensure each listing is competitive, informative, and brand-aligned. The Marketplace Merchandising Merchant will work collaboratively with the content, pricing, and analytics teams to continually improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
- - Optimize product listings across all marketplaces to enhance customer experience and increase conversion rates.
- - Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images.
- - Ensure consistent pricing strategies across all platforms, coordinating with internal pricing and merchandising teams.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in marketplace content optimization, eCommerce merchandising, or digital product management.
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplace platforms.
- Relevant certifications in eCommerce, merchandising, or digital marketing are a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on persuasive and informative content.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to perform basic calculations, including pricing, markdowns, and metrics analysis.
