Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient order picking, packing, and shipping
- Monitor and improve workflow processes to maximize efficiency and improve accuracy
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and meet customer expectations for quality and timeliness
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular cycle counts and audits
