Hartwell First Methodist Church has an opening for the position of Office Administrator. This individual provides administrative support for church activities. Responsibilities include managing church calendar, preparing printed material for worship services, answering phones, coordinating weekly e-mails to congregation, and greeting visitors. Extensive data entry work related to membership records and other church records is required, as well as filing of documents and correspondence. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required; familiarity with Realm church management software and Canva is a plus.
