• Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu items that meet customer preferences.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels of kitchen supplies.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the culinary or food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Experience with cash handling and financial management in a restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
