Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment.
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present menus and explain daily specials to customers
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver orders to the kitchen staff and ensure accuracy of all orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments using the POS system
- Upsell additional items on the menu
- Assist with bussing tables as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Familiarity with fine dining etiquette is a plus
- Culinary background or interest in the food industry is beneficial
