The opportunity :
The Vice President of Data & Analytics will define and implement HBP's data strategy, data management, and analytics initiatives in support of the organization's product and business strategy. This is a newly created role that will transform our data capabilities, enhance personalization, deliver client insights, and drive innovation through data-driven decision making. This role will work closely with senior leaders to align data initiatives with business goals, leveraging HBP's unique vantage point across academic, corporate, and consumer audiences to transform our operations and to create value for customers.
What you'll do : Data Strategy
- Define HBP's data strategy - how will we use our data to increase internal efficiency, generate new value for customers, and provide us with a competitive advantage?
- Develop a 3-year roadmap of strategic data initiatives aligned with the strategy

Above is the annualized pay range for this position. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity.
