- Communicate regularly with customers and team members to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Financial Management
- Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring compliance with budget allocations.
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve project profitability.
- Operational Excellence
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to identify and address quality-related issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
