Job Summary:
Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Upkeep of maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
- Routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
- Diagnosing breakdown problems
- Maintain quality inspections on jobs
- Ordering of fixtures, fittings or components
- Regulate maintenance tools and equipment
- Monitor maintenance costs;
- Navigate emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
- Uphold health and safety policies and procedures
- Ensure continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 3-5 years maintenance field experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
