Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure optimal production efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance tasks on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues with production machines.
Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities and equipment to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
