Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for their manufacturing client on a direct hire basis in Dundee.
In office position
Shift : 7 : 00pm - 7 : 00am ( 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on)
Position offers 1.50hr shift premium)
Duties for Maintenance Technician :
- Equipment control and safe guarding
- Work in a safe manner in compliance with all company safety rules and all local safety requirements. Identification and improvement of safety items to assure safe operation.
- Work in compliance to client's ISO Quality Policies, GMP, Operational Procedures and that High Standards of Workmanship are maintained at all times.
- Preventative Maintenance
- Predictive Maintenance
- Mechanical and Electrical support
- Process Trouble Shooting
- Process Improvements
- On and off line repairs
- Process preparation (blade gapping, Startup prep assistance, etc)
- Completion of documents related to job (parts slips, planned maintenance reports, service reports)
- Training support
- Collaboration with Reliability team on projects related to unit and group.
- Any other duties as assigned.
