About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Night Shift Mechanic to join our team and help us maintain and repair production equipment on the 3rd shift. As a Night Shift Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with production machines, conducting regular inspections of plant facilities and equipment, and collaborating with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with production machines.
Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities and equipment to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Assist in the training and development of junior technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
