This position is approved as a term appointment with an end date of 06.30.26. There is a possibility of renewal / extension.
This is a hybrid position which we consider to be a combination of remote and onsite work at our Boston, MA based campus. HBS expects all staff to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week and departments provide onsite coverage Monday - Friday. Specific hours and days onsite will be determined by business needs and are subject to change with appropriate advanced notice.
This is a 40 hours / week, overtime-eligible position.
We may conduct candidate interviews virtually (phone and / or via Zoom) and / or in-person for this role.

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Community Coordinator to build, engage, and nurture the HBS Foundry community. This role will focus on creating a vibrant, supportive, digital-first environment where entrepreneurs can collaborate, learn from one another, and actively engage with the platform.
In addition to managing community groups and facilitating webinars and workshops, the Community Manager will play a key role in supporting our social media channels, fostering conversations, and growing an engaged online community. You will support the creation of engaging content that sparks meaningful dialogue, responding to community feedback, and developing strategies to increase participation across all digital platforms. This position will ensure ongoing communication between users and the HBS Foundry team, acting as the liaison for user feedback and facilitating improvements based on community input.
