Job Summary
Position Description
- Provide coordination support for logistical and administrative activities related to education and training programming at the Center, including but not limited to the Center’s summer internship program, student interest group, seed grant and dissertation grant awards.
- Contribute to the research activities at the Center, which could include but is not limited to:
- Research synthesis, developing reports, disseminating findings based on the Center research agenda.
- Revising, updating and re-organizing the repository of measurement instruments on Center website.
- Support curriculum development for new Center course offerings and presentations.
- Support translation of research findings for policy and action with organizations and government.
- Independently manage all timelines and deliverables for multiple projects with competing priorities
- Support Center efforts to foster collaborations with potential and existing partners.

Basic Qualifications
- 4 years of relevant work experience is required; a combination of education and experience may be considered
Additional Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred; Masters-level degree in public health or social sciences is a strong plus
- Familiarity with the literature and advances in the field of positive health, well-being, and related research.
- Uses knowledge of quantitative methods to analyze and interpret data, experience with literature reviews and systematic reviews
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Wordpress, Qualtrics and motivation and ability to pick up and learn new tools, and technology where needed
- Demonstrable skills and knowledge in synthesizing, writing about, and disseminating science (e.g., scientific conferences)
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Defines and drives projects to completion while effectively collaborating with others
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude to work collaboratively with researchers, educators, and administrators, and partners
- A commitment to staying updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of positive health and well-being

The Lee Kum Sheung Center for Health and Happiness at SBS works to build a rigorous, interdisciplinary science to understand the interplay between psychological and social well-being and physical health for the benefit of individuals and communities around the globe. The Center aims to develop tools to more accurately measure well-being and to translate scientific findings to influence public health practice and policy.
