Job Summary
Harvard Human Resources (HHR) seeks a talented and collaborative creative professional dedicated to designing high-quality visual materials that support HHR's initiatives. This position is a unique opportunity to shape how HHR communicates with staff and stakeholders across the University.
Reporting to the Associate Director, HR Communications, the Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with the Communications team and other HHR colleagues to deliver visually compelling content that advances HHR's mission.
The Graphic Designer will develop impactful designs for a variety of digital and print media, including social media graphics, annual reports, presentation decks, branded collateral, event materials, and more. As a steward of the HHR brand, the Graphic Designer will ensure all visual materials uphold brand standards and accessibility requirements while contributing to a cohesive and professional identity.
This role requires strong creative and production skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid position that is based in Cambridge Massachusetts. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. All remote work must be performed within one of the Harvard Registered Payroll States, which currently includes Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Washington, and California (CA for exempt positions only). Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
