Job Summary
Position Description
- Processes, often utilizing computer technology, the day-to-day clerical, financial, record keeping or processing duties related to EPREP projects.
- Conduct data entry, cleaning and coding based on project needs
- Assist in preparing reports.
- Acts as a liaison with faculty, staff members, students and the public, providing information related to the EPREP program.
- Keyboards and processes text and information and may answer general correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and maintains calendar based on specific instructions, arranges meetings, schedules rooms and equipment.
- Maintain inventory and/or order office supplies.
- Conduct article searches in library and online databases
- Edits documents and Power Points for presentations
- Keeps websites up to date
PLEASE NOTE: This position has a term appointment of 6/30/2025 with the possibility for extension.
Basic Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent, preferably with some general training in the academic environment beyond high school.
- One to two years related work experience preferred. Education beyond high school may count toward experience.

- Paid Time Off: 3-4 weeks of accrued vacation time per year (3 weeks for support staff and 4 weeks for administrative/professional staff), 12 accrued sick days per year, 12.5 holidays plus a Winter Recess in December/January, 3 personal days per year (prorated based on date of hire), and up to 12 weeks of paid leave for new parents who are primary care givers.
