What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinarian position at Harvard Veterinary Clinic?
Associate veterinarian in small animal exclusive veterinary practice. The practice is a private practice that provides small animal medicine and surgery services as well as a small number of exotics to our clientele. Exotics are small household pets and some wildlife but expertise or practice is by no means a criteria of the position. The clinic has a full inhouse laboratory suite that includes CBC, chemistry, UA, digital radiography, digital cytology and ultrasonography. The clinic is located in far northwest suburban Chicago area in a small town rural setting. The clinic location is close to Lake Geneva WI with easy access to Milwaukee and Chicago. The clinic provides a relaxed but enthusiastic approach to providing the best possible care to patients. Excellent work-life balance with flexible hours available. No after hours emergency duty. Mentorship with well established doctors in two locations, the second at an affiliated practice in Hartland Veterinary Clinic in Woodstock , IL with Dr. Shannon Moore, will enhance professional development in a hands on approach.
