This is a premium pay position offering a competitive hourly rate and shift differentials. The Weekend Baylor Schedule allows for flexibility with 12-hour shifts or two 16-hour shifts per week.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Accurately document care and maintain compliance with regulations
- Supervise and support nursing assistants
