Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with teaching harmony and vocal parts for vocalists
- Lead quarterly reviews
- Maintain & update our subscriptions to CCLI
- Obtain Stems / Multitracks for worship experiences from www.loopcommunity.com
- Plan and implement all worship services including all special services
- Prepare all praise team music each week and distribute music to musicians and singers in a timely manner for their preparation
- Recruit, audition & manage musicians
- Recruit & build the Harvest Worship Choir
- Recruit, train and schedule all praise team singers for worship services
- Schedule and lead praise team rehearsals
- Upload track / stem / BGV’s to Worshiptools
