What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist - Sales Support Associate position at Harvest Development?
This role will involve greeting customers, managing appointments and providing exceptional customer support while also focusing on sales growth. This position will also work closely with our Leasing Consultants by assisting in scheduling tours, working potential leads, and answering inquiries.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
· Provide general support to visitors, clients and staff members.
· Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
· Inbound and outbound calls and sending text messages to potential new customers who are interested in our products.
· Manage calendars and schedules, including arranging appointments and travel itineraries.
· Prepare, organize, and maintain transaction files and documentation.
· Assist sales group with client follow-ups.
· Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, plan, organize, confirm and update appointments with clients.
· Take on projects as needed and develop your skills.
· Perform other administrative, clerical, and assistant duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Be proactive, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Previous experience in scheduling, sales and customer service is preferred.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) with an ability to learn new software.
· Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
· Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Prior leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
· A strong comfort level with technology and/or willingness to learn.
· High School Diploma.
