The primary job responsibilities include executing exemplary customer service by assisting patients & providers with their requests, operating the cash register, managing OTC inventory, and preparing deliveries and mail. This position is responsible for the daily on-site operations and management of the customer service department and directs and manages calls from physicians and patients. The applicant should possess profound reasoning ability including the capacity to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form, as well as the ability to troubleshoot potential problems and triage to the right department.
Prior experience in a pharmacy or medical office is preferred but not required. If you do not have prior experience, on the job training is provided.
