What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Harvest Hill Beverage Company?
Technician work teams are responsible for:
• Operating production lines
• Change-Overs
• Keeping production flowing
• Meeting performance goals
• Maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products
Technicians perform various types of work such as:
• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed making, packing and other production related equipment
• Using basic hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, grinders, etc.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
• Technicians are expected to get involved, take charge of situations, demonstrate ownership, confront business-related problems and continuously improve the equipment and processes
• Technicians are responsible for following all safety and good manufacturing practices as detailed in plant procedures
• Must be able to work overtime
Qualifications:
- Prefer individuals with at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be 18 year or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a drug screen and physical.

Schedule: Two openings
Day shift 6:30am-7pm on a rotating schedule of 2-2-3
Night Shift: 6:30pm-7am on a rotating schedule of 2-2-3
