Logistics & Work Environment:

This full-time position is primarily based in an office environment at our Midlands (Columbia) branch.

Standard hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., totaling 37.5 hours per week, though occasional response to organizational needs outside of regular hours may be necessary.


A Day in the Life:

The Print Content Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Harvest Hope's marketing efforts by focusing on traditional print materials, newsletter production, and brand consistency. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent writing and editing skills, and a passion for creating high-quality marketing materials.

Working under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Advocacy, this role ensures consistent messaging across all communication channels while enhancing donor engagement and community outreach.

Print Production

  • Write, edit, and design engaging content for Harvest Hope's newsletters and blog.
  • Manage the end-to-end newsletter production process, including content collection, layout design, and distribution.
  • Maintain an up-to-date subscriber list and ensure accurate audience segmentation.
  • Track and analyze newsletter performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) to optimize content and engagement.
  • Coordinate an editorial calendar to plan newsletter topics, donor spotlights, and community impact stories.
  • Work with internal teams to collect timely updates on fundraising, volunteer opportunities, and advocacy initiatives.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance in newsletters to meet ADA digital content standards.

Print Materials & Brand Consistency

  • Design and produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other collateral.
  • Ensure all materials align with Harvest Hope's brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
  • Oversee the printing and distribution process to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized library of marketing assets for easy access and use.
  • Source and manage relationships with printing vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective production.
  • Develop signage and marketing materials in collaboration with Director of Marketing and Advocacy for fundraising events, food drives, and advocacy efforts.
  • Review and update print materials annually to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Community Engagement & Public Relations

  • Support public relations efforts to generate positive media coverage and community awareness.
  • Collaborate with local organizations and partners to promote events, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Represent Harvest Hope at community events, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.


To Qualify for this Position, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, journalism, graphic design or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in marketing or communications, preferably with a focus on print materials.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple project simultaneously, meet deadlines and maintain schedules.
  • Strong understanding of design principles with experience working closely with graphic design products such as Adobe Photoshop.
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal and customer service skills; comfortable with public speaking.
  • Must be able to clearly articulate HHFB's mission.
  • Ability to relate effectively and professionally with other staff, volunteers, agency representatives and the public.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $45,000 -55,000 annually, equal with experience and qualifications.
