Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hospitality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and manage payments.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or special events to ensure smooth service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for tabs.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality in the food industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and bartending techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
