Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including title and survey reviews, and manage closing processes.
- Advise clients on a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and development projects.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel to resolve complex legal and business issues.
- Stay informed on relevant real estate laws, market trends, and industry developments to provide insightful guidance to clients.
