Job Objective:

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to perform complex operational and technical tasks.
- Regularly makes independent decisions and is responsible for coaching others to do the same.
- Reviews and monitors prior shift, to check for accuracy, daily computer log and scan DCS.
- Capable of proficiently operating the facility from a DCS as well as outside “field” operations.
- Capable of regularly making and/or leading decision-making that has a high-level impact on economics and profitability of the facility.
- Leads ongoing maintenance and general housekeeping of the control room.
- Monitors DCS to verify sufficient/effective operation of facility.
- Familiar with all facility components and operations.
- Monitors and maintains daily reporting information related to water quality testing.
- Monitors and maintains process readings on daily log sheets and records daily tank inventories and makes changes as necessary.
- Acknowledges, responds to, and initiates corrections/action to process alarms with direction
- Communicate and work with other Harvest personnel and field Operators for daily operation of the gas plant systems.
- Assist with ongoing maintenance and general housekeeping of the control room.
- Able to procure necessary materials and supplies to complete daily tasks.
- Reads automatic gauges, as specified intervals, to ensure plant operations.
- Monitors and maintains logs of meter readings, test results, and adjustments made.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by practicing pipeline standards, adhering to legal and environmental regulations, and conducting inspections.
- Assist in investigating faulty machinery/mechanical equipment, refer to equipment manuals, and makes appropriate work orders in the maintenance management system when necessary.
- Clean and lubricating mechanical equipment to keep it running properly.
- Monitors and reads gauges to verify sufficient levels of fluids, pressures, and temperatures.
- Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System.
- Participates in new employee training program.
- Utilizes and maintains personal protective equipment.
- Knowledgeable in Site Specific Emergency Response Plan

Qualifications:
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in natural gas processing or a related industry.
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule which includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to cover shifts with Overtime as needed.
- Strong understanding of gas processing principles, equipment, safety protocols, and OSHA PSM Regulation.
- Proficiency in operating process control systems and using diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to work in shift patterns, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, carrying, and climbing.
- Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
- Ability to make independent, rational decisions, as required.
- Ability to work alone with a high level of self-motivation.
Education Requirements:
- Graduation from a high school or GED equivalent or any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating sufficient knowledge, ability and skill to handle the duties and responsibilities of the position.
