About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solar Sales Manager to expand our Residential Sales Channel in our key markets. In this role, you will lead a sales channel by driving sales, building, developing, managing, and training a sales team.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue through effective management of sale team
- Achieve sales targets (both volume & margin) as set forth by Executive team
- Ensure sales team is hitting metrics (40% conversion, 25% closing)
- Develop a robust talent pipeline
Tech Requirements:
- Superior understanding of consumer offerings (materials, financial products, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience managing a sales team
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, interviewing, training a sales team
