About the role: Harvest Power is seeking a high-performing Sales Recruiter to head up talent acquisition efforts across our Sales & Business Development channels. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive team to develop our organization’s talent strategy and pipeline. About the company: Harvest Power is a nationally recognized leader in the solar energy industry, providing full service residential and commercial solar energy project management including design, engineering, and installation of solar energy systems. Since 2008, the organization has been solidifying its position in the market and is now going through a growth phase.
Responsibilities:
- Heads up the overall talent acquisition activities of the sales and business development channels
- Ability to manage talent platforms (e.g. indeed, ziprecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Reviews resumes, prescreens, and qualifies prospective candidates
- Connects with candidates to schedule and run first round interviews
- Coordinates with Hiring Managers for 2nd and 3rd round interviews
- Hunts for passive talent on LinkedIn
- Ability to maintain an organized system and calendaring for talent efforts
- Extends verbal and written offers to candidates
- Coordinates new hire onboarding and orientation
- Schedules and runs 5-10 interviews per week
- Successfully hires 3-5 candidates per month
- Meets with VP and Director of Sales to forecast on talent pipeline
- Works with VP on special projects as needed
- Continuous improvement of professional talent/recruiting competencies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years as a high-volume Recruiter, Talent Specialist, Coordinator, or TAM or congruent experience
- Proven experience winning in the talent space, or congruent space
- Excellent verbal/phone skills
- Strong references
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Strong written communication skills (proper grammar & email etiquette)
- Professional organizational competencies (detail-oriented, prepared, punctual)
- Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Desire to growth with company preferred. Multiple growth paths available.
Compensation & Benefits:
- First Year OTE is $70-$100k
- Base Salary Monthly Commission Annual Bonus
