Harvest Restaurants is seeking a highly motivated, passionate Manager to be a part our GRAND OPENING at Roots Ocean Prime Darien! As a part of our management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and ensuring a smooth and front of the house operation!

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Front of House team: At Harvest Restaurants, we cultivate a thriving work environment. Reporting to the GM, you will train, schedule, and manage the team, upholding our values and service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure food and beverage quality: You will monitor all aspects of preparation and presentation, from ingredient to table, guaranteeing our high standards are consistently met.
- Elevate guest service: You will address guest inquiries, support servers, and proactively resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain operational and regulatory compliance: You will enforce company standards and regulations for food safety, service, and labor laws, and address building maintenance needs.
- Support financial performance: You will assist the GM with inventory, forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, reporting, and payroll.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 3 years of restaurant management experience preferred, not required. ServeSafe certification required within six months of hire.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Must be dependable, honest, and professional.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Strong time management, prioritization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
- Solid understanding of restaurant business math.
- Proficient with standard restaurant equipment.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (Compeat, Paylocity, 7Shifts, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) a plus.
