Primary Duty :
The Field Sales Representative plays a critical role in helping our retail business customers best market and manage their products and retail space. The Field Sales Representative will visit a variety of store locations and ensure that our products and displays are both fresh and attractive to customers. This person will maintain relationships with in-store management and be responsible for identifying and internally communicating individual store opportunities to the management. The qualified individual can exercise sound judgment in decision-making during the course of business.
Essential Job Functions :
The Field Sales Representative will be assigned duties, based on organizational needs and priorities.
- Support Sales Account Manager to implement sales strategy in assigned area by developing relationships, understanding customer needs, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Customer order entry proficiency
- Implement an efficient and accurate service schedule by visiting multiple customer stores and increase sales by effectively marketing and expanding existing lines.
- Assist in merchandising new items and marketing programs to assigned customer group. This includes assisting in counter resets and merchandising programs as directed.
- Compile fact-based research and / or statistical compilations involving an understanding of sales operating programs, policies, and programs.
- Arrange, participate in, and present in meetings to customers and management.

Requirements :
This role is a field-based role with limited office time. The incumbent must be able to travel throughout territory 75% of time as needed
