Your Role: Director of H Production
As the Director of H Production, you’ll lead the strategy, development, and execution of content creation on the H Platform. You’ll manage influencer relationships, oversee a talented production team, and ensure every piece of content aligns with the H mission and resonates with its audience. From managing production pipelines to delivering engaging digital media, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a platform that inspires change.
What You’ll Do:
1. Strategy Development & Execution
- Craft and implement a robust digital content strategy that reflects the H lifestyle brand, spanning motivational, educational, and entertaining themes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to innovate and optimize content strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
2. Video Production Leadership
- Oversee the production of short-form, high-quality videos tailored to diverse audience interests.
- Ensure content is visually compelling, engaging, and adheres to the platform’s quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and meet aggressive content goals.
3. Influencer Recruitment & Collaboration
- Scout, onboard, and manage digital influencers and creators who align with the platform’s mission and values.
- Cultivate strong, authentic relationships with influencers to foster trust and creativity.
- Guide influencers in creating content that meets brand expectations while remaining authentic to their voice.
4. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead a dedicated production team, including Social Media Coordinators, Talent Coordinators, and Content Reviewers.
- Collaborate closely with the Harvest Video Production Team for additional support on high-impact projects.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
5. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Leverage analytics tools to track content performance, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies, improve audience reach, and enhance ROI.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, influencer marketing, or video production.
- Proven success in recruiting and managing digital influencers or creators.
- Expertise in social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, and video production workflows.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to inform and improve strategies.
- Exceptional communication, creativity, and relationship-building skills.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
