Duties:
- Development of comprehensive pilot and proof-of-concept roadmaps to serve as project blueprints and guiding beacons for teams.
- Measure project progress and establish measurable milestones for distinct project phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, finance, community, product marketing, and scaled operations to develop strategies and workflows, and deliver successful pilots at scale.
- Identify risks and misalignment to projects and reduce the impact of potential risks by developing a plan to manage, eliminate, or limit setbacks.
- Prepare reports for management, detailing program specifics, learnings and insights.
Your expertise:
- 8 years of experience in program management in the events, travel or8 hospitality space.
- Experience with techniques and tools that drive process efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and handle a heavy volume of work, supervising several projects in various stages.
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration, building consensus, and creating a shared project plan across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills with an ability to set priorities, problem-solve, and work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

The hiring range for this position is $87to $97 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
