Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot HVAC control systems, ensuring that they operate according to specifications and meet client requirements
- Perform diagnostics and calibration on control systems, including sensors, actuators, and communication networks
- Ensure all elements of the HVAC control system, including graphics, are fully functional and properly linked to physical devices or virtual points
- Provide detailed reports on the condition of the controls, results of preventative maintenance (PM) tests, and required repairs
- Collaborate with building owners, engineers, and contractors to verify system functionality based on the original sequence of operation or as required by the owner
Qualifications :
The hiring range for this position is $70 to $90 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
