Title Insurance Processors

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation and processing of title documents related to real estate transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services, particularly in mortgage servicing, as well as familiarity with various regulations and guidelines such as TILA and FNMA. The Title Processor will work closely with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Duties
- Prepare and review title documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough research to verify property ownership and identify any liens or encumbrances.
- Collaborate with underwriters to resolve any issues that may arise during the title review process.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and correspondence related to title processing.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and escrow agents throughout the transaction process.
- Apply basic math skills to calculate fees, taxes, and other financial aspects of the transaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in title processing.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in title processing or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of TILA (Truth in Lending Act), FNMA (Federal National Mortgage Association), and underwriting processes is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic math and financial calculations.
- Familiarity with escrow processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
