What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Cashier position at Harvest?
Job Purpose: Overall daily operation of Harvest, while working with staff members in a positive environment with emphasis on guest satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Adhere to Harvest’s sequence of customer service, visit tables with constant presence within your section, while bussing and clearing plates.
- Communicate all conflicts or feedback to the manager.
- Ensuring opening and closing shift tasks are done daily.
- Following company’s policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
