Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of related work experience.
- Agency experience and print production knowledge.
- Ability to develop contingency plans and manage multiple projects with similar timelines.
- Strong communication skills: able to convey complex messages and explain new concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with the commercial materials management process.
- Experience in developing and managing brand goals; strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar project management systems; computer literacy with various software applications.
- Ability to resolve conflicts within the team before they escalate, strong mediation skills.
- Experience facilitating meetings/presentations.
- Working knowledge of Brand planning activities.
- Working knowledge of the Legal, Medical and Regulatory review process.
- Support faster customer focused, incremental value development in commercial processes that enable brands and markets to accomplish growth and cost saving targets.
- Passion for driving teams towards high performance, influencing change, and pride in quality craftsmanship.

Description:
The title of this role is Content Management Project Manager and this role will support our portfolio Brands. This role is open as we are anticipating a 2x in project volume increase due to launches and label-updates that are happening this year.
Project Management:
- Align concepts, specifications, and timelines with the marketing team based on historical usage data and pack size.
- Initiate and manage the promotional layout process with the Labeling Department.
- Review and approve digital and physical proofs for sign-off.
- Develop a custom Field Rep distribution list for each print project.
- Confirmation and QC of project delivery in adherence to approved quote.
- Initiate low stock/reprint processes in collaboration with the Brand team.
- Supervision and escalation point across all projects
Financial Management:
- Review and approve print quotes for specification accuracy and update the Brand budget tracker.
- Conduct weekly reviews of Brand POs and budgets.
- Invoice tracking and reconciliation.
Field Ops Alignment:
- Providing Field Ops with instructions in Ad Hoc Fulfillment, kitting, repacking or PI swap requests.
- Prepare SKU information for the Field Ops to enable activation within MOMs.
