We are looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team! As a DSP, you will have the unique opportunity to support and guide individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their day-to-day needs are met while encouraging them to work towards their personal goals.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day support:
- Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting.
- Perform housekeeping tasks, meal planning/prepping/cooking.
- Provide transportation for appointments and errands.
- Act as a trusted companion, offering guidance and support.
- Administrative duties:
- Submit progress notes electronically.
- Clock in/out and maintain attendance records.
- Check work email daily for updates and communication.

Requirements:
- Preferred: DSP 1 and/or 2 certification.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Available to work holidays and weekends.
- Basic understanding of computers/smartphones for documentation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $18–$22/hour (Part-time).
