Harvey Automotive in Grand Rapids, MI has an immediate opening for a full-time Title Clerk with previous automotive experience preferred to join our dealership and start immediately. Assist us in building and representing our brand! Apply today!

Responsibilities - Title Clerk:

• Process vehicle deals
• Inventory maintenance
• Prepare title and registration documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare out of state title work and submit to a third-party agency as necessary
• Perform other clerical tasks as requested

Qualifications/Requirements - Title Clerk:

• DMV/Title experience, in and out of state preferred
• Excellent customer service
• Experience with DealerTrack is a plus.
• Experience with accounting software and other account functions is a PLUS!
• Organizational and phone skills are required
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Be a team-player
• Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
