Job Posting: Part-Time Houseperson/Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Houseperson/Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining our hotels cleanliness and functionality.
Position Details:
**Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
**Hours: 8-hour shifts
Role Breakdown:
**50% Housekeeping Duties: Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of both interior and exterior hotel grounds.
**50% Preventative Maintenance: Performing maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance on one guest room per shift.
Responsibilities:
1. Housekeeping Tasks:
Clean and maintain hotel grounds (interior and exterior).
Remove and replace trash throughout the property.
Vacuum hallways and common areas.
Mop stairwells.
Wipe down elevators and ensure cleanliness.
2. Maintenance Tasks:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on 1 assigned guest room per shift.
Qualifications
Experience in housekeeping and/or maintenance is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday.
