Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in designated areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Monitor and restock supplies as needed to ensure all areas are fully equipped.
- Respond promptly to requests from guests or staff regarding cleaning or maintenance needs.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed while performing duties, including proper handling of cleaning supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and staff.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
