Job Description
Summary: The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- 10 years experience required.
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Manage the $100M global centennial pledge to be made by Client. across geographies with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements of said budget
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively execute on individual projects
- Collaborate with CSR Communications Leader on brand amplification and thought leadership opportunities
- Support the team to effectively drive engagement, awareness and utilization of the company CSR brand
- Responsible for coordination with stakeholders on key performance indicators to ensure we uphold our CSR commitments, investments and goals of the pledge
- Responsible for the maintenance of presentation materials, data and updates for quarterly and annual reporting needs to the Executive Leadership Team
- Collaborate with Foundation team members on CSR Pledge programmatic and brand amplification opportunities

Education & Experience Required:
- Proven ability to analyze all requests from a financial and execution viewpoint
- In-depth experience and knowledge of the global Corporate Social Responsibility environment and communities
- Expertise in strategic partnerships and program execution
- Ability to influence community and national leaders and act as a catalyst to achieve broad cooperation
- Background in global community relations and public affairs activities on both external and internal (corporate) level is essential
Technical Skills
(Required)
- Corporate Social Responsibility Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in roles managing the operations and administration of philanthropic grantmaking in a corporate environment (i.e., corporate giving and/or corporate foundation programs) and contributions programs is required for this position
- Organizational Governance: Knowledge of the processes, customs, policies, and rules affecting the way the organization is administered and controlled; ability to ensure compliance with governance guidelines and policies.
- Risk Management: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to risks of various kinds; ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations.
- Exceptional project management skills: extreme attention to detail required for materials appropriate for senior executives
