Job Title: Manager, Talent Acquisition Program Management
Location: San Francisco, CA / Austin, TX
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid
We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Program Management. This individual will be responsible for leading and driving best-in-class program management for Black Scholars and Jobs Program. The Black Scholars and Jobs program is a scholarship and career program aimed at providing access to education and the workforce for Black and African American college students. The program manager will serve as the scholars main point of contact and manage execution of all program initiatives with pastoral care.
Essential Functions:
• Curate a comprehensive program experience tailored to Gen Z pre-professionals. Incorporating a mentorship program, quarterly professional development trainings, monthly newsletters, engaging virtual social events and program graduation celebration.
• Lead the program roll off process. Partnering with recruiting to create a seamless full time conversion process.
• Create and distribute key communications to scholars and mentors including but not limited to newsletters, SMS text, webinars, video, email, and phone.
• Cross-collaborate with internal and external partners and stakeholders, including but not limited to, Global Early Careers TA team, People Team, business leaders, I&D, partner colleges/universities, national organizations, employee resource groups, legal, finance, scholars, program mentors, volunteers, and external vendors to execute program design.
• Consistently analyze data and research to identify root causes and areas to optimize work and establish operational efficiencies. Demonstrate a decisive, analytical, ethical, and personable approach to problem solving.
• Be a thought partner to global colleagues in developing and optimizing impact for early careers and I&D programs.
• Build, analyze, maintain, and distribute data analytics on program results to senior leaders. Including but not limited to bi-annual NPS, scholar conversion rate, intern experience, and performance.
• Budget management of scholarship funds and program budget.
• Partner with Global Intern Program leaders to lead intern program workstreams, evaluate scholar intern experience, and measure results.
Basic Qualifications
• 6-9 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years of additional related experience in lieu of degree
• 6 years of Program Management experience
• Project metric tracking and report creation
• Experience developing, building, documenting, and maintaining processes and policies
• Consultative approach with ability to demonstrate positive relationship building with various partners
• Deep experience developing reporting and metrics and interpreting data for insights on business processes
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentational communication skills, and experience handling confidential information
• Proven track record of building and executing multiple programs. Scholarship program experience a plus.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Suite, including but not limited to Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint Preferred.
Qualifications:
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS Systems, SmartRecruiters, Avature and Workday preferrable
• Leadership presence and credibility to interact with all levels of employees and stakeholders, including C-level senior leaders.
• Practical experience applying change management principles at global scale
• Strong data-analysis, problem-solving, and agile process improvement skills
• Proficiency with various communication and design tools including but not limited to GroupMe, Canva, MS Planner, Menti, Survey Monkey, Doodle, etc. · Absolutely no submittals will be allowed outside of the VMS. All activity including phone screens, interviews, and offers must be logged in the VMS in real time.
