Position: Instructional Designer/eLearning Specialist(Business Analyst)
Location: Richmond, KY (The position is hybrid, with three days on-site, and two remote.)
Minimum requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design and technology, educational development, or equivalent. Prefer Master's in Instructional Design—experience: Two years of Instructional Design experience. Prefer- Three years of Instructional Design experience along with working with government experience.
- The eLearning specialist will be responsible for and support the ADDIE (Analysis, Development, Design, Implementation, and Evaluation) process. This support includes support to online (Asynchronized), virtual (Synchronized), and classroom classes. This position will serve as an advisor, recommender, and supporter for developing and designing various eLearning courses. This position will support recording and editing videos, making training material to include Shareable Content Objective Reference Model (SCORM) files, and recommending course flow within the Learning Management System (LMS). This position will coordinate the quality control and testing of all training classes developed in the LMS.
