We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at the Spokane, WA location.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance or instrumentation certificate
• Highly proficient and experienced in troubleshooting, PLCs, electrical controls, and instrumentation
• Knowledgeable in the areas of mechanical machinery, steam, boiler, pneumatic & hydraulic operations
• Read/understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals
• Strong team, verbal, and written skills

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Engineer must possess the desire and ability to maintain all plant equipment
• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions
• Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; and monitoring compliance
• Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment
• Proficient in process instrumentation including troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and calibration
• Read, understand, and troubleshoot using electrical schematics
• General electrical troubleshooting of 24v, 110v, 220v and 480v systems
• Understand the theory behind process flow

• Highly proficient and experienced in troubleshooting, PLCs, electrical controls, and instrumentation.

• Read/understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Strong team, verbal, and written skills
• Sanitary welding experience preferred
• Boiler Operators license preferred
