What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Analyst position at Harvey Nash?
We are seeking Payroll Analyst, to perform payroll duties including but not limited to; Time & Attendance, Assistance in the processing of US payroll, Fidelity management of Deferred Comp and ESPP, Customer Service and Support using our ticketing system, back-up and support as necessary, to the Payroll Manager.

SKILLS:
- Solid knowledge of payroll laws and regulations and have demonstrated basic level payroll technical skills in a variety of areas including, payroll processing, reporting, account reconciliations, stock reporting, and performance of SOX controls.
- Knowledge or experience in the following platforms: ADP, Workday, Fidelity, ServiceNow, EY, Excel, JPMorgan, and proficiency in learning new systems as required.
- Process timely payroll for the Americas accurately and in compliance with USGAAP, government regulations and SOX requirements.
- Experience with ADP Vantage US strongly preferred.
- Perform file uploads/interfaces between ADP/Workday/Fidelity.
- Knowledge and ability to support multi-state taxation, various required payroll tax filings.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $35.95/hr on W2
