We’re in search of an experienced payroll Analyst W2 Contract (Hybrid Role)

Job Title : Payroll Analyst
Location : Santa Clara CA
Duration : 12 months Contract
MUST HAVE skills :
- Solid knowledge of payroll laws and regulations and have demonstrated basic level payroll technical skills in a variety of areas including, payroll processing, reporting, account reconciliations, stock reporting, and performance of SOX controls
- Knowledge or experience in the following platforms; ADP, Workday, Fidelity, ServiceNow, EY, Excel, JPMorgan, and proficiency in learning new systems as required.
- Process timely payroll for the Americas accurately and in compliance with USGAAP, government regulations and SOX requirements.
- Experience with ADP Vantage US strongly preferred
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $30hr. to $35 / hr. on W2.
