Senior Project Manager

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelors degree in engineering (aerospace, aviation, mechanical, electrical, industrial) or equivalent experience

* 5 years of technical product or program management experience

* 3 years of working directly with engineering and production teams implementing design changes (hardware and software)

* Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

* Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

* Experience driving improvement in operations, supply chain, manufacturing environment

* Experience owning cross-functional program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 7 years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

* Masters degree in engineering (aerospace, aviation, mechanical, electrical, industrial)

* 2 years of driving process improvements and operational excellence experience

* Experience with data analytics tooling Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, SQL

* Certification or experience with program management methodology including PMP/Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen

* Ability to regularly engage with senior stake holders and influence across the organization.

* Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines.

* High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.

* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
