Job Description:
Position Summary
- The Mobile Biz Ops Sr. Analyst is a key member of the team responsible for ensuring product availability aligns with mid/long-term forecasted demand. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations to generate accurate forecasts and managing demand for all product categories. The Sr. Analyst will play a pivotal role in data analysis, reporting, maximize sales and ensuring efficient supply chain management.
Role and Responsibilities
Demand Planning and Management:
- Develop, analyze, and communicate demand forecasts between Mobile Biz Ops and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage mid to long-term sell-in forecasts (AP2), including buffer management and logic, based on leadership directives and consensus.
- Conduct sell-in risk and opportunity simulations based on various factors, such as COF/PO, sell-out forecast validation through promotion activity and seasonal trends.
- Analyze weekly Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) to identify demand fluctuations and inform demand shaping or cleaning.
- Propose supply allocation between accounts to maximize overall SEA sales.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Consolidate and publish weekly AP2 reports, including week-over-week changes, risks, and financial implications.
- Manage system-based tools to extract data for channel inventory analysis and reconciliation.
- Monitor product arrival schedules and execute purchase order confirmations to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor KPIs for operational excellence, such as proposing aging depletion plans
- Project Support and Ad-Hoc Analysis:
- Assist with supply chain projects and perform ad-hoc analyses as needed, such as reporting, dashboard creation, automation, etc.
- Collaborate with team members and provide backup support/training when necessary
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Preferred degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- Strong analytical, data management, and computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite
- SAP or Alteryx experience is beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Ability to present to and collaborate with senior management
Experience working in a multicultural business environment
Summary:
- The main function of a business operations specialist is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
- Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
- Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.
- Establish and document business processes.
- Set up project and work breakdown structures.
- Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.

- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
- 2-4 years experience required.
